trust me every forum start with the same motive that you have mention, but when it comes to size, it's all about how good you can maintain it, for the fact that we can't control people that come in and the things that they want to said =P, size increase = promote more mods, then how sure are you those mods gonna do their job well lulz :P ? my best bet is promote the people that you know in real life just like what you're doing now, but you guys got enough human resources :hmm: ? plus not everyone can be mods it's not easy task, got to have good sense of judgement, patient, knowledgable and stuff, a lil mistake comes in with big consiquences

hell mods are human too, they can't be serious all the time as serious = boring/no fun, then they just make a random jokes, boom !!!!! here comes the backfire from other forumer, that's what i observes and see everytime lulz, well good luck anyway :P

i swear that this is the longest post i ever saw from u ..

don't forget that, every mod are given the authority & the authority can be taken back any time as well..

before any forum have swerve into a very misleading path, we have to maintain the good reputation of it. U can see those mods i mention never did their job, i saw tonnes of crap threads around, it just go on & on.

being a mod do carry big responsibility, if they can serve the position, then don't take it. you can't simply just say they aren't human. it's like volunteer job at the old folks home. don't do it if u are not willing to carry the responsibility.

for the fact that nobody can predict the future, if they know they can't handle it, do you think that they'll accept the job ? there are chances of yes and no, people accept to be mod because they "think" that they can do it =P

forum leaders are not perfect human, each of them are assigned to specific tast which is competent to their strength whereby we normal users won't know much bout their job scope other than taking care of the forums.
