Call Centre Executive (Petaling Jaya)

Requirements:
· Answer incoming phone calls and ensuring that member enquiries are responded to and acted on it promptly

· Ability to work shifts on a rotational roster with 5 days per week.

· Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Ability to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage

· SPM leavers / fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Sales oriented

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience in call centre/customer service with a multi-national contact centre is highly desire

· Ability to commence work immediately
